Fairbrook Medical Centre has been established for over 50 years and serves Borehamwood as well as parts of Elstree and Shenley. Our team includes GPs, nurse practitioners and nurses as well as our practice manager, our deputy practice manager, reception and administrative staff. In 1997, the practice developed Wellswood House which is situated across the car park. This building is where prescriptions can be requested and collected, and where certain clinics are held on behalf of the practice and the locality.

At Fairbrook we offer a full general practice service and in addition run specialist clinics for children, diabetics, asthma and COPD sufferers, patients with a history of coronary heart disease, patients requiring long-term wound care, and women who are pregnant or postnatal. We are also a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre for the locality.

It is our central aim to provide a high standard of medical and nursing care to all our patients. We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel it is important for you to know who you are speaking to, so our practice staff all wear name badges and identify themselves on the phone.
