Our Nursing Team
Our highly qualified nurses deal with a range of conditions and health concerns. They provide care for patients with chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes,
coronary heart disease and hypertension, as well as offering support to patients
wishing to stop smoking. They also provide other services such as minor illness
consultations, wound care, childhood and travel immunisations, family planning,
new patient health checks, minor operations, smear tests, blood pressure checks,
ECGs and ear syringing. In addition they will visit patients at home in order
to carry out specialist health assessments. Each nurse has several areas of speciality.
Please check with a member of the reception staff at the time of booking an appointment
which nurse will be most suitable for your medical needs.
Practice Manager
Mrs Brenda Stephens and our deputy practice manager Mrs
Michele Cain are responsible
for the efficient administration and co-ordination of all services within the
practice.
Reception Staff
The reception manager and her team are here to help you but as you will see
when you visit us their job is extremely demanding. They answer the telephone
and deal with enquiries from all directions - often all at the same time. Please
be patient!
