Our Front doors and Extended Hours

Our front doors open at 08:30 and are close during the lunchtime period 13:00 – 14:00. The phones at this time are automatically directed to our Emergency line if you need help during these periods.

The Total Patient Triage opens at 08.00 and at 13:00. Please still ring us on 0208 953 7666 if you need help filling the form in, or don’t have internet access, our care co ordinators can help and advise.

Fairbrook also offers Face to Face and Telephone appointments that are outside of the practice’s normal opening hours. These are held between 18:30 until 20:00 every weekday evening and at weekend. We work with our Primary Care Network which includes 8 practices. The appointments are not always held at Fairbrook but at the 3 hubs. Potters Bar, Borehamwood and Bushey. Our Care Co ordinators will be able to advise you.

There are a range of ways to contact us; the best way to do so will depend both on the nature of your problem and the time of day.
