Fairbrook Medical Centre now operates a Total Triage system for all patient requests. This means every request is reviewed first by our clinical team, allowing us to prioritise based on clinical need and guide patients to the most appropriate clinician or service.

Dr Page – Senior Partner (f)
MBBS (London 1998) DRCOG

Dr Page has been a valued member of Fairbrook Medical Centre since 2003 and currently serves as our Senior Partner.

She provides the full range of general practice services and has special interests in diabetes, antenatal care, and postnatal care. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr Page holds several key leadership roles within the practice and the wider community:

  • Caldicott Guardian – ensuring patient information is handled confidentially and in line with data protection regulations
  • Adult Safeguarding Lead – overseeing the protection of vulnerable adults within our care
  • GP Chair for Hertsmere Locality – representing and supporting primary care services across the region

Dr Page is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and continues to play a vital role in shaping services both at the practice and across the local healthcare system.

Dr Alya Aman (f)
MBBS (Pakistan 1991) DFSRH LOC-IUT Diploma in Diabetes

Dr Aman has been with Fairbrook Medical Centre since 2004, providing comprehensive general practice care to our patients.

She has a special interest in women’s health and is actively involved in supporting patients with diabetes. Dr Aman leads our diabetes clinics, which are delivered in collaboration with our Clinical Pharmacist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

She also has a special interest in respiratory medicine, contributing her expertise to the management and support of patients with long-term respiratory conditions.

Dr Aman is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care and plays an important role in the clinical leadership of the practice.

Dr Adeyinka Osiyemi (f)
MBBS (Nigeria 1992) DRCOG DCH DFSRH

Dr Osiyemi joined Fairbrook Medical Centre in 2003 and provides a full range of general practice services.

She has a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics, and brings a wealth of experience to the care of families and children.

Dr Osiyemi also holds key leadership roles within the practice:

  • Child Safeguarding Lead – ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our youngest patients
  • Mentor to PCN Clinical Pharmacists – supporting professional development and integration of pharmacists within the primary care team

Her compassionate approach and commitment to high standards make her a highly respected member of both the clinical team and the wider PCN.

Dr Stephanie Novitt (f)
MBBS (University of London) DRCOG

Dr Novitt joined Fairbrook Medical Centre in September 2015 and became a Partner in the practice the following year.

She provides the full range of general practice services and has a special interest in Minor Surgery, offering procedures that can be safely carried out in a primary care setting.

Dr Novitt also serves as our Dementia and Mental Health Lead, helping to ensure patients living with cognitive or mental health conditions receive compassionate, well-coordinated care.

Her clinical expertise and commitment to patient wellbeing make her a vital part of our team.

Dr Justin Sacks (m)
MBCHB

Dr Sacks became a Partner at Fairbrook Medical Centre in 2019, following over a year of dedicated service as a GP within the practice.

He provides the full scope of general practice care and has a special interest in rheumatological conditions, supporting patients with joint, muscle, and autoimmune concerns.

Dr Sacks also plays a key leadership role as our Primary Care Network (PCN) Lead, helping to coordinate collaborative healthcare services across the local network and improve access and outcomes for our patient population.

His clinical expertise and strategic leadership make him an integral part of both our practice and the wider healthcare community.

Dr Ammarah Hussain (f)

Dr Hussain joined Fairbrook Medical Centre in September 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She completed her foundation training in East London and went on to do her GP training in West Hertfordshire. She has been working as a General Practitioner since 2016.

Dr Hussain has a growing interest in dermatology and is currently undertaking a postgraduate diploma in Dermatology to further develop her expertise in diagnosing and managing skin conditions.

Her commitment to continuous learning and patient-centred care makes her a valued member of the clinical team.

Dr Ameela Limbani (f)

Dr Limbani joined Fairbrook Medical Centre in 2022. She graduated from University College London (UCL) and completed her GP training in South London.

Since 2012, she has worked as a General Practitioner both in the UK and in Toronto, Canada, bringing with her a broad and diverse range of clinical experience.

Dr Limbani provides a full range of general practice services and is also a GP Trainer, with a strong interest in teaching and medical education. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of doctors and maintaining high standards in clinical training.

Her international experience and commitment to education are great assets to the practice and the wider healthcare community.

Dr Sayjoahn Mayooranathan (m)

Dr Deevyesh Lakhanpaul (m)

Dr Lakahnpaul joined Fairbrook Medical Centre in 2023.

He has a keen interest in digital healthcare, practice management, and organisational management. Dr Lakahnpaul is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health while adopting a holistic approach to care that considers the whole person.

His focus on innovation and patient-centred care helps drive improvements in how we deliver services and support our community.
