Fairbrook Medical Centre now uses a Total Patient Triage system. This allows us to be able to prioritise patients by clinical need and navigating patients to the most appropriate clinician or pathway.

Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.

Hertfordshire Talking Therapies

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) provides access to primary care psychological therapy services in Hertfordshire and Mid Essex through a wide range of confidential talking therapy treatments and practical support for adults with common mental health problems. The services are part of the national NHS Talking Therapies, for anxiety and depression programme.
